Top 10 Most Affordable Online Master of Finance Degree Programs 2015

This article highlights the top 10 most affordable online master of finance degree programs of 2015, based on our own internal research and editorial review.

Methodology

The schools selected offer master of finance degree programs via distance learning. Required courses are administered entirely online. Programs are either offered 100 percent online or with the exception of a required seminar or research capstone that must be completed on campus or at a specified geographic location. All schools bear approval from major regional or national accrediting bodies, such as the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International. While we examined the rankings and awards received by each school, graduate tuition was the deciding factor. Schools are listed in order of affordability.

It should be noted that the graduate tuition posted in the 2015 list is the most current rate for in-state and full-time graduate students. Tuition reflects the most recent rate published by the U.S. Department of Education – Institute of Education Science, National Center for Education Statistics. The graduate tuition price listed below may not reflect additional program fees. Contact the school directly to obtain the most recent graduate tuition rate.

#10 – Northeastern University

Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business offers an online Master’s in Finance degree that may be earned in as few as sixteen months. Coursework is 100 percent online with no required residencies. Students may choose from two tracks of study, including Corporate Finance or Investment Finance. The New England Association of Schools and Colleges regionally accredits the program and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International accredits the School of Business.
